- Quiet hours are from 9:00 p.m. to 8:00 a.m.
- No illegal activities on the Internet.
- The use of drugs and other narcotics on the property is strictly forbidden
- Children between 0 and 17 years of age are not allowed on the property.
- No outsiders are allowed on the property.
- Pets are not allowed.
In the event of violation of any of these rules, we reserve the right to contact the local authorities and collect your damage deposit.
